mbus Road Apiary and Hep Farm Honey supply healthy 5-frame nucs and queens to beekeepers on the Front Range in Colorado. We have completed our two 5-frame nuc and queen pick up dates for 2026, Both pick up dates went smoothly and a big thank you to everyone who participated!
We take pride in our queen breeding program where we prioritize hygienic behavior, honey production, and gentle behavior. We do our own hygienic testing each year and use only the best mothers from our own stock. We ensure our queens are well mated by saturating the area with drones, watching the weather closely, and limiting the number of mating nucs used in each batch. A limited number of nucs and queens are still available. If you're interested in purchasing remaining stock, please contact us directly. Please note that online sales have been shut down for the remainder of the season and will reopen in 2027. |
